pASK-IBA/pPR-IBA vectors (ampicillin resistance)

Note concerning "plus" versions:
The cytoplasmic pASK-IBA vectors are now offered in an improved version. They contain a translation initiation site with higher efficiency increasing primary protein yield. These plasmids are denoted additionally with "plus" (e.g. cat. no. 2-1404-000 "pASK-IBA5plus"). They contain the same multiple cloning site* as the original plasmid (e.g. "pASK-IBA5") and differ only in the translation initiation site.
(*Exception: pASK-IBA43plus contains a NheI restriction site between the ATG start codon and the
Nterminal 6xHis tag, which is not included in pASK-IBA43.)
The old versions are discontinued and are only available on special request.
